Shownote:
Case Study #1: Anheuser-Busch boosts deliveries with display and Connected TV
A three-way collaboration has been made between Anheuser-Busch, Drizzly’s alcohol delivery service, and Drizzly’s liquors shop partners. Taking advantage of the Collaborative Ads Campaign created by Facebook after the pandemic hit, has allowed Anheuser-Busch, which does not to have a strong e-commerce presence due to the lack of sporting and live events. Since using collaborative ads, Drizzly and Anheuser-Busch have both seen an increase in sales and continue to use this tactic as part of their marketing strategy.
Case Study #2: SpotX Shapes a New Frontier in Advanced TV with Travel Texas
In the last few years, the numbers of streaming services and new devices are continuing to change rapidly. The way that people are viewing T.V. is very different because most of the audience no longer watch regular T.V., especially millennials and Gen Z. SpotX and Travel Texas have worked together to navigate the changing landscape and integrate programmatic T.V. and connected T.V. to reduce television waste and guide Travel Texas to shift from traditional T.V. to advanced T.V.
Diversity and Inclusion Segment
Our people team, also known as H.R., is amazing at keeping our team culture strong during the pandemic. We just had our virtual summit, we have parent groups that meet up virtually, mental health channels to talk about how we’re doing, and we do regular trivia nights. They have done an amazing job at keeping everyone engaged and keeping in touch with each other. Our company is very aware that this pandemic is wearing on people’s health, and as a company, we had to learn how to be a little more personal and provide the resources for them to talk and blow off some steam. Before the pandemic, we have always been going to work and then come home, this has changed up our work culture, and this is something the U.S. had to learn to adapt.
The Three Things that helped you stay mindful and present during the pandemic:
- Try to go outside before I start my work-day to clear my head
- Try to be mindful, such as meditating and taking a break from work
- Get off-line and go make dinner
